Inspired by my brother and supported by my parents, I began my golf journey, where I learned the importance of patience and focus. Golf also showed me how weather and soil differentiate each course, further driving my curiosity about ecosystems and inspiring me to study Environmental Science.
I’ve been recognized by many tournaments, one of the most notable being when I led my school’s team to become the 2025 CIF Southern Section Boys’ Golf Division 5 Team Champions.
Noticing how there were many talented Chinese players who never had the opportunity to travel to the U.S. to play golf, I started the Michael International Golf Academy (MIGA). Through MIGA, I’ve coached around 40 youth players, introducing them to U.S. golf.
